Polina Theo

Polina started taking Acting for the Stage and Acting for the Camera classes at The Film and Stage Studio in 2020. At the same time, she started studying Method Acting, the Stella Adler technique, the Uta Hagen Philosophy and Meisner technique. In her Filmmaking class, she had a leading role in a student film, Picture Perfect (2021) directed by Panos Milios, and Semeli Strovolide in cinematography. After a year of training at TFSS, Polina made the conscious decision to apply to the prestigious Stella Adler Studio of Acting and to The Actors’ Studio in New York. She prepared for the auditions and the interviews under the tutelage of her acting coach Athena Xenidou and was accepted to both schools. The choice between these two legendary schools was a difficult one. Polina finally decided to join the Stella Adler Conservatory where she is currently studying and mastering her craft.
