Ramona Filip
Ramona Filip was born in Romania but has been living in Nicosia Cyprus since 1999. Ramona has had no formal training in fashion design, but has an inherent talent for proportion, colour and fabric combinations as well as an instinctive eye for quality and beauty that quickly established her as a permanent figure in the world of fashion. In 2009, Ramona was presented with the award “Best Designer of the Year” at the Madame Figaro Women of the Year Awards. She had the privilege of receiving the award from one of the biggest style icons and Oscar nominee, Patricia Fields. At The Film and Stage Studio, Ramona took Acting for the Stage and Acting for the Camera classes as well as Audition Techniques. She was also introduced to Method Acting, the Stella Adler technique, the Uta Hagen Philosophy and Meisner technique, under the direction of Athena Xenidou. In 2012 she starred in Girl Talk, the sold-out Film and Stage Studio’s Acting Showcase at Theatro Ena.
