Shaunna Joannidou

Shaunna is American and lives with her family in Cyprus. She is an academic and has been at the University of Cyprus for several years. She was always drawn to performing and so she started studying Acting for the Stage at The Film and Stage Studio. In 2010, Shaunna had a leading role in The Vagina Monologues, a play by Eve Ensler, directed by Athena Xenidou and Thadd Correia. A sold-outshow, produced by the Anglo Cypriot Theatre (ACT) and Athena herself. In 2013, another collaboration occurred, when Athena was producing and directing The Good Body, another poignant play by Eve Ensler. All proceeds from both shows went to children’s charities.
